My name is Justine Sapezinskas.

I am a fine artist hailing from Niagara Falls, Ontario. The photo below was taken in August of 2025 at my first group art exhibition. This is the perfect representation of me as my truest, most aspirational self. In my career I will be the founder of an art collective and practice art law. Within this career I desire to begin an exploration of fine arts and art history. In my personal time I am exploring with visual arts and progressing through different sectors of the arts in order of what interests me at present. Within my education, I have blended a myriad of interior design, art, business, and philosophy courses which have bridged me into a BA of Interdisciplinary Studies at UO, wherein I continue to merge several disciplines.

I have discovered that as a person, the more that I learn — the more I want to learn. To accommodate this within education, I have channeled my curiosity into interdisciplinarity. To me, this will be best translated in my future as the continued prioritization of freedom in its many contexts. At the top of my list, I strive for freedom in the financial sense, to have mobility within my career without any major lifestyle sacrifices. This will be achieved through either entrepreneurship, or the practice of law. Closely trailing behind this is the freedom of reputability, I strive for a reputation that instills trust in me from my network so that I am supported as I forge my own path.

Over the next 2 years of my undergrad, my focus will be obtaining a foundational grasp of art law by collecting a slew of art history, business, and philosophy courses to improve the aptitudes necessary to further my education in my chosen field.
